Apartment, condo & high-rise moving

Nashville Apartment Movers

Apartments come with their own puzzles — a reserved elevator with a time limit, a certificate of insurance the building wants first, a hallway you can barely turn a couch through. We handle all of it so your move-out inspection is the only thing you have to think about.

Locally owned · 6+ years · 70+ 5-star reviews

From a studio in The Gulch to a third-floor walk-up in East Nashville to a high-rise downtown, apartment moves live and die on the details: elevator reservations, loading docks, COIs for property management, and furniture that has to thread a tight turn without touching a wall. We've moved thousands of them. We wrap everything, protect the common areas, and load the truck like the puzzle it is so it all fits in one careful trip.

How we handle apartment moves

Elevators & walk-ups both

Reserved freight elevator with a 90-minute window, or four flights of stairs — either way we plan for it and price it honestly upfront.

We handle the paperwork

Most buildings want a certificate of insurance before move day. Send us the property's requirements and we'll get the COI over to management.

Tight turns, no wall dings

Narrow hallways and skinny doorways are our normal. We pad the corners, protect the floors, and get the couch through without a scratch.

Simple by-the-hour rate

Apartment moves are usually a clean hourly job. You get the rate before we start and a clear picture of what the day will run.

Common questions

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?

Yes. A lot of Nashville apartment buildings and high-rises require a COI from your movers before move day. Send us your property manager's requirements and we'll take care of it.

Do you charge extra for stairs or a high floor?

We price for the real work of the move, and stairs are part of that — but you'll see it in your upfront quote, not as a surprise fee at the end. Elevators and long carries factor in too, and we'll walk you through it.

How fast can you move a one- or two-bedroom apartment?

Most one- and two-bedroom apartments are a half-day job for our crew, depending on stairs, elevators, and how far the truck has to park. We'll give you a realistic time estimate with your quote.
